1915 - Charlie K. Miller was born on this day. A traditional jazz trombonist and a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. During his career, he worked with Irving Fazola, Augie Schellang, Leon Prima and others, and was a member of the WWL Radio band called the Dawnbusters. Charlie passed away in 1962 at the age of 47.
