| 1966 - Albert Warner, traditional jazz trombonist from New Orleans, Louisiana passed away on this day. He was known a brass band musician. He played early in his career with Kid Rena's Brass Band and the Young Tuxedo Brass Band. In the thirties, he was with the Eureka Brass Band, and in the forties, he played with 'Bunk' Johnson. He died in New Orleans. |
