1995 - Darnell 'D-Boy' Andrews, a trombonist and a native of New Orleans, Louisiana was mudered on this day at the age of 17. He was A member of The All Stars Brass Band, was part of a family that Has Been involved in New Orleans music for many years. He grew into an accomplished trombomist and performed with Buddy Rich and and Danny Barker. He was the borther of James and Troy (Trombone Shorty).
