| 1969 - Eric Lindell was born on this day. He is a guitarist and singer-songwriter, born in San Mateo, California. He didn't come to national prominence until after relocating to New Orleans, Louisiana. His music has been described by the LA Times as "Bluesy blue-eyed soul smothered with a big heap of New Orleans funk". He has self-released titles and recorded for Alligator Records. He does over 100 live dates per year. |
