1913 - Edmond Joseph Foucher was born on this day. A trumpeter and a long-time resident of New Orleans, Louisiana. He was a carpenter and retired from that career. During his musical career he played for the Olympia Brass Band, The Toppers, Danny Barker, Tuxedo Brass, Joe Torregano's Trio And Dooky Chase Bands. he passed away in January 1993 at the age of 79.
