1916 - Paul Edwards was born on this day. Traditional jazz drummer from New Orleans, Louisiana. Worked in the 1950's in bands led by George Girard, Sharkey Bonano and Santo Pecora. Later he worked with Pete Fountain. Additionally, he was a well-known music teacher.
