1969 - Joe Loyacano, traditional jazz bassist from New Orleans, Louisiana passed awayon this day. He was born in 1906, and was the brother of Steve and Freddie Loyacano. During his musical career he played with the Halfway House Orchestra. He died in New Orleans.
