1935 - Nunzio Scaglione, traditional jazz clarinetist from New Orleans, Louisiana passed away on this day. He was born in 1890, and was an early dixieland player with the Papa Laine groups. He also recorded with Johnny Bayersdorffer for Okeh. Nunzio died in New Orleans.
