1925 - Roy Brown was born on this day. R&B singer from New Orleans, Louisiana. He recorded his own tune 'Good Rockin' Tonight' in 1948, then teamed with Dave Bartholomew for his Top 40 hit 'Let The Four Winds Blow' in 1957. He was inactive until he began touring in the 70's until his death in 1981.
