1936 - Leonard Lee was born on this day. A New Orleans native, he was one-half of the singing duo of Shirley & Lee. With his partner Shirley Goodman, they put out hits in the 1950's that included "Let The Good Times Roll" and "Feels So Good" to name a few. Leonard died at the age of 40 on October, 23, 1976.
